Deliver

Video players allow you to playback your finished product. Once you have determined the delivery method for your video, you must also determine how you are going to play or view these files if they remain in digital format, such as video delivered via the web or copied on a CD.

There are several popular players for digital video, but each requires a different form of compression and have different file extensions and compatibility issues. If you are viewing files over the web, these plug-ins, or small software add-ons, must be downloaded and installed in your web browser before multimedia files can be viewable.

Generally, downloading the three most popular players will cover a wide range of files that you might encounter on the web.
